    - Work with the hiring manager to identify current and future personnel needs.
    - Be in charge of sourcing candidates for internal hiring via online channels (e.g. professional networks, job boards and etc.)
    - Interview scheduling
    - Phone, video, and in-person interviews
    - Posting open positions on job boards, social media, and professional platforms
    - Provide qualified candidate shortlists to the hiring manager
    - Submit weekly and monthly reports
    - Research marketing and publicity trends for employer branding on YouTube channels and social media platforms (after probation)
    - To summarize, internal hiring accounts for 80% of all hiring (probation period)
    - Handled recruitment marketing
    - To perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Gender doesn't matter
    - Bsc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
    - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition or similar role for at least 1 year
    - Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment
    - Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
    - Recruiting experience
    - Multitasking capabilities
    - Conversational English
