- Bsc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition or similar role for at least 1 year
- Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment
- Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
- Recruiting experience
- Multitasking capabilities
