  • Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Implementing and developing training development programs and overseeing the career development,
    performance management system, talent development and succession planning.
    • Implementing competency analysis vs current position and next position.
    • Analysis gaps closing plan for individual assessment result.
    • Coordinate with line manager to prepare and advice training need for a gap closing plan (IDP).
    • Design and implement creative and relevant programs and update training curricula as needed.
    • Conduct surveys to identify training needs based on production processes, orientation session and arrange for the
    job-training for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/ Female , Age 30 - 35
    - Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
    - Extensive experience in Human Resources specifically Human Resources Development, Career Development,
    Talent Development and Succession Planning at least 5 years in manufacturing environment.
    - At least 3 years of experience in HRD , training
    - Good skill English proficiency.
    - Extensive experience in Human Resources specifically Human Resources Development, Career Development,
    Talent Development and Succession Planning at least 5 years in manufacturing environment.
    - Good at presentation skill.
