    - Conduct project feasibility study, Market feasibility study,
    - Land analysis in Law and regulation (legal limitation, zoning regulation, building control regulation),
    - Negotiate price and other conditions with landlord and/or agents
    - Other related task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female , 28-38 age
    - Bachelor degree any field
    - At least 3 years experience in Land acquisition of developer or Real-estate sections and investment departments in financial institutions or related experience
    - Business English
    - Basic IT skill (company use often Excel)

    Level 3 - Business Level
