    <Job Description>
    Overview:
    The Digital Publisher Manager mainly will be contributing to develop and to enhance FreakOut's reputation as the leading digital media solution and monetization platform
    Pursuing and closing media onboarding opportunities for all FreakOut products such as native in-feed and video advertising platforms from both premium media and long-tail media .
    He/She will be working closely with a GM.

    Responsibilities:
    - Grow company's media network by continuously conducting negotiations to prospects new mediums.
    - Approach new publisher and negotiate condition.
    - Constantly taking care of existing media partners to check for overall status.
    - Develop and execute digital media strategy to drive awareness and inbound leads
    - To onboard publisher into our network, help to conduct .html tag implementation
    - Work closely with all internal stakeholders (e.g. AdOps, Sales and Finance team) to achieve all deliverables & campaign KPIs of advertisers.
    - Help to ensure successful campaign delivery of performance by monitoring ad delivery and recommending campaign optimization options.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Male / Female, Age 25-35 years old
    - 3+ years experience doing media buying, publisher engagement.
    - At least 2 years experience of Ad tech company (vendor)
    - Good command of English (Internal communication ~ business level)
    ⇒Able to talk with foreigners in English

    <Others>
    - Excellent relationship building, account management and interpersonal skills.
    - Work experience with Agencies is a preferable
    - Entrepreneurial skills and spirit.
    - Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization.
    - Sales focused and with a great appetite for success and a proven track record of hitting target.
    - Strong organizational, research, reporting and analytical skills.
