• Job Description

  - Responsibility on claim arrangement, claim analysis and claim underwriting process.
  - Responsibility to handle for the claim document and claim issue with the client and the insurer.
  - Responsibility on hotline service 24hrs/7 days.
  - Feedback immediately all inquiry to the client on the claim issue and solve immediately claim problems.
  - Co-ordinate, Follow up and Negotiate strongly with insurers.
  - Submit a monthly claim report and claim analysis report to the client according to their requirement or every month.
  - Check and investigate the correctness and completeness of claim document before sending to the insurer including scan the client’s claim document and keep in the file.
  - Present the employee benefit (insurance coverage) with the renewal team and sales team.
  - Assign a messenger / driver to pick up the claim document as the client’s schedule and instruction.
  - Arrange and send the health tip and health education to the client every month.
  - Support on claim document and claim issue for the Japanese medical insurance.
  - Support on claim issue for New project.
  - Report the claim problem to the manager for finding the solution.
