    - Operation related Purchase Order receiving from Customer
    - Handling Customer Claim and Delivery
    - To do quotation work from sourcing until propose to customer
    - To provide master file to subordinates and management
    - To get customer satisfaction
    - Handle sales documents and report ex. Order receiving, Proposal and Invoice, etc.
    - Provide master file to subordinates and management
    - Other tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female / Age 23 – 35 years old
    - Bachelor degree in related field
    - English: Conversation level
    - Japanese: JLPT N2
    - Good MS Office Excel (formula : VLOOKUP, pivot table, sum if, sum product, etc.)
    - Experience of Sales / Customer support / Delivery control for manufacturing business at least 1 years

    [Advantage]
    - Experience sales in EMS company
    - Have specialization knowledge of Electronics parts
