  • Job Description

    -As a part of board of committee, forming company strategies and directions which lead to solid and
    sustainable growth
    -Monitoring company's activities to be sure that they are aligned with established strategies and
    directions
    -Analyzing and making presentation and recommendation regarding financial status on company's
    current and future projects
    -Efficiently managing Finance and Accounting department and be sure to align with company's goal
    -Searching and negotiating for funding required to support company's activities
    -Making recommendation and negotiating for financial tools required to reduce and mitigate risks
    -Other jobs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male/Female, Thai nationality, age 40-50 years old
    -Master degree include MBA
    -More than 15 years experience in finance and accounting in well established company
    -Minimum 10 years experience in managerial level of listed multinational company
    -Well developed skills and proven experiences in capital market, financial capital, treasury management and corporate finance
    -Familiar with multinational financial tools and reporting and accounting standard
    -Familiar in external audit methodology
    -Good English communication skill
    -Able to travel both upcountry and abroad up to 40% of the time
    -Very good analytical and problem solving skills
