  - Assisting Region and Country Management in setting sales strategies, budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets.
  - Accountable for assisting Regional and Country Management in achieving all contracted sales goal.
  - Managing a team of senior sale representative and associates.
  - Developing new business leads through contacts with community and business groups, current customers.
  - Encouraging monitoring and coaching team members in adhering to and assuring the best practice of health and safety.
