Job Description
- Correspond to inquiries from customers
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient manner
- Design and create notices/posters in the Office using MS office
- Welcome customers face-to-face at the front desk or via telephone
- 80% of your customers are Japanese and 20% are Thai
- Introduce company products (credit cards) to Thai customers
- Suggest and negotiate company services especially preferential treatment
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Office members: 4 in total (3 Thai and one Japanese)
Qualifications
Requirement
- Female, Thai nationality, age between 26-30
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
- Work experience, minimum two years, in a related field
- Educational or work experience in Japan is an advantage
- Japanese language proficiency, minimum JLPT N2
- Ability to communicate in English (fair level)
- Skills in internal and external communication
- Communication and negotiation skillsEnglish Level
