工作内容
Business Development:
- Ensure achievement of sales, Profit, NWC of BU Industrial & Consumer Specialties (ICS) for all accounts in TH
- Implement marketing- key accounts- and technical strategy into the local market
- Agree sales target for customers together with Head of ICS - ASEAN
Sales & Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Collect and identify market needs, implement market excellence strategy for Thailand
- Implement customer segmentation & service level for non-key accounts within guidelines given by Sales and Marketing
- Manage Global Accounts in TH, provide appropriate support maintain good relationship and ensure growth
Support to Marketing Activity:
- Manage Distributors to achieve their targets
- Implement CRM system effectively. Ensure adequate input on demand planning for the country business
- Active support to product introduction and service initiatives, in accordance with marketing programs
Organization Development:
- Co-ordinate & work with team locally & regionally to ensure growth in TH
- To maximize the Sales Pipeline and on projects in the Singapore lab
Cost Management:
- To monitor the inventories as per the guidelines and also on Account Receivables
- To minimize cost and optimize output of Sales
资格
应征条件
- Thai nationality
- Degree in Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related field, preferred MBA would be plus
- 10 – 15 years sales experience in home care or personal care chemicals
- Experience in distributor management and key account management
- Possesses competencies in Teamwork, Result-oriented, Customer Focus & Strategic Planning
- Good command of English & communication skills英文
