  • 工作内容

    • Getting the best out of staff in Customer Services Center, supervise and motivate them to provide customers with the best experience.
    • Building knowledge and understanding of products and policies. This can then be passed on to the staff.
    • Building effective customer relations, dealing with more complex customer enquiries, comments, and complaints.
    • Financial responsibilities, stock ordering and taking part in special customer promotions or events.
    • Staff recruitment and appraisals, working arrangements, staff meetings, and training and development programs.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields
    • 3- 5 years customer service supervision and/or management experience.
    • Ability to provide outstanding customer services.
    • Ability to manage complex operations, processes and multiple assignments.
    • Ability to manage staff in a people focused manner.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with staff and internal partners to problem solve to achieve goals.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, motivating and planning skills.
    • Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
    • Ability to process information/transaction through computer system.
    • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
