- Refer to daily and monthly plans and assign personnel accordingly.- Manage production lines and improve processes. - Track and control material usage according to order sheets.- Control injection molding machines to produce products.- Feedback on work progress.- Track process rejects. Plan and implement remedial actions to control/reduce rejects.- Maintain site discipline and take appropriate action against violators.- Work with the maintenance department to maintain mechanical equipment.- Ensure safety, 5S, and discipline on the shop floor.- Control process defects and material usage according to the process plan.- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
