Major duties- Be the point of contact for local traders.- Internal contacts with Local Traders: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information and reports, to ensure that traders have enough information to manage their suppliers.- Work with Logistics: Provide information in the purchase contract with respect to petition and shipping documents.- Work with Finance: Provide the correct and complete documents, following the details mentioned in the Back Office workflow process, to ensure the right payment has been processed. - Manage purchase contracts, from order entry to delivery, and payment by following the written Back Officeworkflow process. - Cross-check sales contracts from suppliers (if they send it) to ensure that the terms and conditions are agreed up on by traders.- Monitor "First Issued First Consumed" on the open contracts that contain the same materials.- Check that the documents enclosed in the payment requests are accurate and follow the conditions indicated in in the Back Office workflow process. - Cross-check the content in suppliers' invoices (price and materials) that relates to the purchase contract and payment. - Book inventory in Navision within the agreed upon timeline. - Work with other internal departments in the payment process to ensure that the right amount will be paid under the agreed and approved conditions to the right supplier at the right time. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the traders upon request. - Keep close communication with traders, in order to retain company business and ensure that the best service is provided.- Immediately notify the line manager when there is any suspicion of phishing and/or hacking. - Provide report (s) upon request.- Maintain smooth operations in the Back Office Department by acting as a backup in the absence of the Local Back Officer - Attend Back Office Department meetings.Other Tasks- Responsible for your own health and safety and that of others.- Ensure that environmental damage is always prevented.- Report unsafe and environmentally hazardous situations immediately to your manager.- Ensure you know what to do in the event of an emergency or environmental incident.- Participate in company projects to promote the continuous improvement of Oryx Stainless Thailand.- Report opportunities for improvement in any area to your manager.
