Payroll Management:-Oversee and verify payroll processes, including annual tax submissions (TAX and VAT)-Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.-Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval.-Collaborate with the outsourced vendor to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.Compensation & Benefits:-Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s business objectives.-Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrolments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees.-Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrolments, terminations, and adjustments.Employee Relations:-Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.-Provide consultation and organize labor relations initiatives that enhance mutual understanding between union , employees and the company.Administrative Support:-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.-Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
