- Work with marketing leader in Japan and Business Strategy team in Thailand to plan an overarching marketing strategy for Thai market- Plan and direct the production of advertisements and content, and proof-check the final product before release- Define and analyze target audiences- Develop messaging and storytelling strategies- Select suitable media/channels based on target audience and message- Direct advertising agencies and production vendors- Analyze performance and propose/implement improvements- Work with the PR team including the local PR agencies, to curate media coverage and press release content.- Planning and executing marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and trade show exhibitions in an alignment with target strategies- Coordinating with Business Strategy team, and Sales teams to ensure the cohesion of the pipeline

- Lead the development of social media strategy across global markets.- Manage and execute KOL/Influencer marketing campaigns from brief creation, selection, negotiation, to performance analysis.- Oversee day-to-day content planning on major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).- Analyze social media performance and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, pop culture, and content formats—especially in beauty/skincare.- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Regional) to align campaign direction with business goals.- Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 members) to ensure efficient execution of social media activities.- Coordinate with external agencies, production teams, and international partners.- Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign performance.
