Job ObjectiveThe company is expanding into the Thai market and is looking for a Thai Booking Affiliate who will be responsible for the initial setup phase (building the booking system with KOC/Creators/local partners, standardizing processes)Key ResponsibilitiesA. KOC Video Affiliate Recruitment (60%)• Search, screen, and recruit suitable creators to produce KOC affiliate videos on TikTok.• Work directly with creators: negotiate product lists, commission rates, and collaboration terms.• Coordinate product preparation/content production.• Manage sample product delivery.• Provide content direction and creative suggestions.• Track deadlines to ensure timely content publication.• Monitor video performance: affiliate orders, GMV, conversion, etc.B. KOC Live Affiliate Recruitment (20%)• Identify and select suitable KOCs for livestreaming Hapas products.• Work with KOCs to:◦ Set product deals for livestream◦ Create exclusive livestream vouchers• Coordinate livestream preparation and execution:◦ Send products, track item usage, and manage returns after LIVE◦ Set up Ads GMV Max LIVE◦ Monitor livestream results: orders, viewers, conversion rate, and resolve live-related issuesC. Reporting & Performance Analysis (20%)• Compile performance reports for each campaign.• For video: GMV, number of videos published per month, analysis of winning video formats.• For livestream: orders, revenue, ad cost, number of deals/vouchers redeemed, top-performing products during LIVE.• Analyze and propose potential KOCs or improvement ideas for LIVE/Ads optimization.

Key Responsibilities• Identify, build, and manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs/media partners in Thailand.• Establish the booking process: from searching, negotiating, and planning to execution and maintaining long-term KOC partnerships.• Execute and monitor booking activities, ensuring timeliness and quality of KOC booking.• Manage the booking pipeline, update deal status, and provide regular reports to the Country Manager & Booking Lead.• Report and analyze booking performance (revenue, ROI) and propose optimization solutions.

- Work with marketing leader in Japan and Business Strategy team in Thailand to plan an overarching marketing strategy for Thai market- Plan and direct the production of advertisements and content, and proof-check the final product before release- Define and analyze target audiences- Develop messaging and storytelling strategies- Select suitable media/channels based on target audience and message- Direct advertising agencies and production vendors- Analyze performance and propose/implement improvements- Work with the PR team including the local PR agencies, to curate media coverage and press release content.- Planning and executing marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and trade show exhibitions in an alignment with target strategies- Coordinating with Business Strategy team, and Sales teams to ensure the cohesion of the pipeline
