  【About the Role】
  Admissions Consultants mentor high-achieving students and their families throughout the university admissions process.
  You will provide personalized guidance on academic, extracurricular, and personal development, recommend best-fit universities, and support students with application strategies, essays, and other required materials.
  You will also help students build self-awareness, confidence, and skills for long-term success.
  
  【Key responsibilities】
  - Deliver expert service and life changing mentorship to a set caseload of students and families
  - Create comprehensive roadmaps of achievable goals in order to ensure authentic student development
  - Meet with students according to a set cadence and prepare detailed agendas and follow ups between meetings
  - Successfully guide your caseload of students through the application process, submitting thoughtfully crafted applications
  - Achieve strong admissions results as measured by student goals and team metrics
  - Contribute to the development by participating in consultations and assisting with marketing efforts
  - Receive strong feedback from students and their families in the form of retention, referrals, and metrics
  - Other tasks assigned by managers
