【Job Description】

As a Manager, you own the delivery of digital transformation engagements — leading teams of up to five, driving commercial growth, and helping clients shape and execute practical digital, customer, data, platform, and technology transformation agendas.
You will be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and entrepreneurial team where your ideas are valued and your development is supported. You will work closely with firm leadership, have client relationships at the senior stakeholder level, and play a defining role in growing the Digital Transformation practice.
【Responsibilities】
・ Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation engagements — leading project teams of up to 5 consultants, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring quality outcomes
・ Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the engagement
・ Drive commercial growth — leading business development efforts, shaping proposals, developing client pitches, and selling follow-on work with existing and new clients
・ Direct analysis of business challenges, customer needs, operating model gaps, technology opportunities, and transformation priorities
・ Spearhead solution design across digital strategy, customer experience, CRM, platform transformation, data, AI, and technology operating models
・ Shape future-state operating models, customer journeys, digital capabilities, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
・ Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions with senior client teams
・ Oversee project delivery activities, including planning, coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and executive reporting
・ Mentor and develop team, taking an active role in coaching, performance management, and career development
・ Stay ahead of digital, customer experience, CRM, data, AI, cloud, and platform trends, translating insights into new service offerings and client value

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
・ 6-10 years of digital transformation, technology, customer experience, product, analytics, or management consulting experience
・ Proven track record managing project teams of up to 5 people and delivering complex client engagements
・ Deep expertise in digital strategy, technology-enabled transformation, customer experience, CRM, platform, analytics, or operating model transformation
・ Strong working knowledge of digital products, CRM platforms, marketing technology, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or emerging technologies
・ Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or
related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
・ Business-level English proficiency

・ Relevant certifications in agile, product management, cloud, data analytics, CRM, or project management are a plus
・ Business-level English proficiency
