  【Responsibilities】
  Production and Manufacturing Process & System Analysis
  ・ Understand clients' business strategy and the characteristics of their Product Master Data Management and Production operations, along with related support functions
  ・ Lead analysis of business models, process, data, systems, and automation to identify business issues, root causes, and impact across Production and Manufacturing, Product Master Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Operations
  ・ Design practical solutions across operational strategy, business process, data management, automation, and system enablement — providing in-depth expertise for Production and related areas and conceptual guidance across the broader
  supply chain
  ・ Assess systems and automation against the designed business blueprint, factoring in business requirements, functional capability, and ROI
  ・ Coordinate with MES, PLM, IoT, and Maintenance IT vendors on system evaluation
  
  Supply Chain Management Transformation and ERP Assessment
  ・Lead analysis of process, data, systems, organization, and skills across the supply chain (or a selected function) to identify business issues, root causes, and impact
  ・ Design practical solutions spanning business processes, system model, and operation management methods, translating operational issues into management- ready recommendations and deliverables
  ・ Assess current systems, technology, and ERP utilization against business requirements, and develop solution frameworks that support value delivery across assigned project areas
  
  Supply Chain Planning Solution
  ・ Lead analysis of clients' demand planning, supply planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  ・ Design planning models, forecasting methods, and inventory optimization approaches that improve service levels and reduce cost
  ・ Lead evaluation of planning systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, etc.) against client requirements
  ・ Facilitate S&OP process design and drive alignment across demand, supply, and finance stakeholders
  ・Solution Deployment Support and SCM Technology Project Management
  ・ Lead client stakeholders through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, interviews, and working sessions
  ・ Support Managers on project management activities and lead small projects or workstreams of 1–2 team members, including vendor coordination, schedule, scope management, deliverable ownership, and client-ready presentations
  ・ Coach and support Consultants by helping them build consulting skills, technical capabilities, and professional confidence
  ・ Support business development by helping shape proposal content, identify follow- on opportunities, and develop reusable practice knowledge
