Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to fill them.
Conduct customer visits, especially to key customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Marketing
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales
Demonstrated history of achieving measurable sales targets (sales amount, % vs budget, YoY growth %, amount earned as sales incentives)
Conversational English (written and spoken)
