1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
2. Manpower management and follow-up process, and monitoring the production process to
achieve the target.
3. Ensure product quality meets required specifications.
4. Participate in VAVE activities to optimize cost and process efficiency.
5. Control sample product trials and transfer techniques for producing new items according to
the APQP.
6. Design and develop Jigs, fixtures, and tooling for lathe operation.
7. Support audit as IATF16949, ISO9001
8. Understanding the proposal of the machining process. Understanding of G-code and M-code.
9. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve production issues.
10. Strong logical thinking and growth mindset
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in CNC Machining (Lathe, Milling, and Machining Center) process.
- At least 2 years of experience in production with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisor role.
- Experience in Automotive part production.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001)
