  - Lead and manage all Quality Assurance activities within the manufacturing plant.
  - Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.
  - Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and audits, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
  - Analyze quality problems, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  - Plan and conduct internal audits, process audits, and product audits.
  - Manage supplier quality performance and coordinate supplier audits and improvement activities.
  - Monitor quality KPIs and prepare quality reports for management.
  - Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
  - Lead, coach, and develop QA team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  - Support external audits conducted by customers and certification bodies.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
