  【Job Responsibility】
  - Supporting Sales Team for any related document.
  - Being responsible all document both of suppliers and customers.
  - Preparing Contract, Delivery Order Sheet, Tax Invoice, Bill Replacement and Others.
  - Having a opportunity to deal with import/Export product and handle all related document such as P/L, B/L.
  - Creating and maintaining customer master data, new product data into company system
  - Coordinating with other departments especially Accountant for a smooth workflow and operation
  - Assist in managing and tracking purchase document
  - Closely monitoring and coordinating on fulfilment of billing and payments
  - Provides secretarial support to all sales staff
  - Maintain organised any assign report to the Management
