  Job Overview: Responsible for promoting various lean production improvement work, improving and optimizing the internal processes of the production operation center, achieving the goal of improving production efficiency, reducing production costs, and meeting production and customer needs; at the same time, responsible for the research and development of rubber formulas in the rubber workshop and the formulation of rubber product vulcanization processes, providing technical support for the normal operation of the rubber workshop.
  
  -Provide supporting to the General manager in assessing the current status of factory operations;
  -Assist the General manager to improve and optimize the production process and improve the management system of the production operation center;
  -Organize lean production teams, participate in the discussion of various lean management plans, and participate in the implementation of lean management;
  -Promote standard cost reduction, conduct monthly analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and track the phased achievement status through weekly management.
  -Cost Reduction Projects: Achieve monthly cost reduction project targets, identify projects, initiate projects, drive project progress, and implement project results.
