    Job Purpose:
    To define strategies, plan, coordinate, implement, and manage all sales-related missions to achieve corporate goals. This includes supporting sales activities, increasing sales volume, expanding the new customer base, maintaining existing clients, and controlling profit margins in accordance with company policies.

    Key Accountability:

    Sales Management
    o Develop operational strategic plans.
    o Monitor, audit, and control various management operations.
    o Provide consultancy and advice to executives within the reporting line.

    Customer Management
    o Analyze market trends, manage existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
    o Establish operational guidelines to set sales targets and expand the customer base.
    o Maintain and build strong relationships with business partners across all channels.
    o Manage customer payment processes for maximum efficiency.

    Purchasing & Inventory Management
    o Create efficient and accurate product forecasts by category.

    Department Management
    o Review and approve departmental budget plans; plan, control, and audit expenditures to align with the budget.
    o Define departmental policies and action plans in alignment with corporate policies and goals.

    People Development
    o Promote and develop employees' knowledge, skills, and potential to enhance organizational capability.
    o Allocate organizational and departmental resources to achieve maximum benefit.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】

    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Business Computer, or related fields.
    - Minimum 18 years of experience in IT product sales, including a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Management roles.
    - Strong knowledge and experience in B2B selling IT hardware products
    - Proficiency in English communication (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
    - Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a private vehicle for business purposes.

    【Advantage】

    - Have direct experiences in selling AutoID solutions.
    - In-depth knowledge of AutoID solutions, Printers, and general computer hardware/peripherals.
