  Job Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead and manage the Safety Department, ensuring effective implementation of occupational health and safety policies across construction projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • Supervise and control the performance of safety officers and site safety teams to ensure proper execution of safety measures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and verify safety reports, accident investigations, and corrective action plans.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to employees and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project operations.
  • Monitor safety performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace risks and incidents.
