Business: Road and Traffic SolutionsLocation: RatchaburiJob Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the Safety Department, ensuring effective implementation of occupational health and safety policies across construction projects.• Develop, implement, and monitor safety strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.• Supervise and control the performance of safety officers and site safety teams to ensure proper execution of safety measures.• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.• Review and verify safety reports, accident investigations, and corrective action plans.• Provide guidance, training, and support to employees and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project operations.• Monitor safety performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace risks and incidents.
