    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and capable Service Manager to lead and manage the field service engineering team at our Rayong operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations related to industrial control equipment, sensors, and automation systems while ensuring high levels of technical support, maintenance quality, and customer satisfaction.
    This position requires strong leadership, engineering knowledge, and service management experience, particularly in equipment maintenance, mechanical systems, and instrumentation.

    Key Responsibilities
    1 Service Operations Management
    - Manage and supervise the service and maintenance operations for industrial control systems, sensors, and related automation equipment.
    - Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support activities for customer facilities.
    - Ensure all service operations are performed in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
    - Monitor service performance, response time, and operational efficiency.

    2 Team Leadership & Staff Management
    - Lead and manage a service organization of approximately 20–30 engineers and technicians.
    - Directly supervise around 3 Assistant Managers, who each oversee engineering teams.
    - Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure team capability and productivity.
    - Allocate manpower and resources effectively across projects and service activities.

    3 Maintenance & Engineering Support
    - Support engineering teams in diagnosing complex technical issues related to control equipment and mechanical systems.
    - Ensure effective execution of equipment maintenance, system inspection, and troubleshooting.
    - Coordinate with internal engineering teams and customers to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability.

    4 Customer & Service Management
    - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of service quality and satisfaction.
    - Support customers with maintenance planning, system improvements, and technical consultation.
    - Handle escalation cases and critical service issues when necessary.

    5 Operational Improvement
    - Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, team performance, and maintenance processes.
    - Monitor service KPIs, cost control, and operational performance.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
    - 10+ years of experience in field service engineering, equipment maintenance, or industrial automation.
    - Experience in service team management or engineering management.
    - Experience leading and managing teams.
    - English: able to communicate effectively in business and technical situations.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in industries related to industrial control equipment, machinery, or instrumentation is preferred.
    - Japanese: Preferred but not mandatory.
