- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation and online campaigns.
- Participate in developing the website and e-commerce systems, such as content updates, SEO improvements, and UX enhancements.
- Work with web developers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure the website effectively drives sales.
- Analyze website data, customer behavior, and online sales to improve conversion rates.
- Organize training and continuous development for the sales team.
- Motivate, coach, and provide product knowledge to the team.
- Support the company's and products' image across digital channels.
- Study and understand target customer groups to communicate product messages effectively.
- Expand the customer base and present products/services professionally.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience managing and supervising sales teams
- Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, demonstrated by specific strategy documents or implemented campaign results
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated by proposals, presentations, or client correspondence
