    - Follow up with customers regarding new models, including customer visits (no commission provided)
    - Office-based role with client visits as required; company car and driver provided
    - Contact and coordinate with customers to obtain new purchase orders
    - Monitor and analyze the company’s sales performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions
    - Align customer requirements with company capabilities and respond to issues
    - Perform other duties as assigned

    - Over 5 years B2B sales experience
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above; able to hold meetings with Japanese clients)
    - Available to work two Saturdays per month

    - Sales experience in an automotive-related company
    - Experience in electronic, machine, and light-source businesses
    - A valid driver’s license and own car
