  -Develop and implement strategies for medical warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and operational timelines.
  -Manage medical inventory, including stock monitoring, verification, and stock rotation, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accordance with hospital procedures.
  -Oversee the quality control of medicines and medical supplies, including inspection, handling of damaged or expired items, and proper disposal in compliance with hospital standards.
  -Supervise the storage and distribution of medicines and medical supplies to ensure adequate and efficient supply for all hospital departments.
  -Analyze the usage of medicines and medical supplies to support effective procurement planning and inventory management.
  -Plan and control the budget for purchasing medicines and medical equipment, while monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  -Identify potential risks in warehouse operations, analyze root causes of issues, and implement improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  -Provide consultation and guidance to medical staff regarding the appropriate use of medicines and medical equipment.
  -Supervise and support team members by providing guidance on operational processes and best practices.
  -Drive team participation in quality improvement initiatives such as CQI and 5S activities.
  -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
