  - Receive policies from management and communicate them to subordinates.

  - Establish operational standards and work instructions (OS, WI) and supervise operations to ensure compliance with OS and WI.
  - Prepare the department’s annual training plan.
  - Assign tasks, control, monitor, evaluate performance, implement improvements, and drive continuous development.
  - Cooperate and participate in company activities such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, 5S, Safety, QCC, and TPM.
  - Coordinate and follow up with internal departments.
  - Review, approve, and certify documents such as production reports and product inspection records.
