    Job Description:
    The IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for IT-related positions. This role involves close collaboration with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top IT talent in a competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
    - Work closely with clients and internal hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities
    - Source IT candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search
    - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
    - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
    - Prepare and present candidate profiles and recruitment reports to clients and internal teams
    - Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and employment terms with candidates
    - Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the recruitment system
    - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs
    - Stay up to date with IT industry trends, job market conditions, and salary benchmarks
    - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    ‐ Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - English: Business level or above (spoken and written)
    - Minimum 3-5 years proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in team leadership
    - Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, SAP, etc.)
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
