  MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
  1. Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with OEM clients
  2. This role focuses on promoting and selling products or components to OEM customers, meeting sales targets
  3. Supporting the customer through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to post-sales service
  4. Function as window person who communicates and cooperate including problem solving for both factory teams and clients
  
  【Responsibility】
  1. Achieve sale budget base on assigned accounts
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OEM accounts and increase market share
  3. Identify and approach potential OEM clients to promote product offerings
  4. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM customers
  5. Understand technical requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations
  6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients
  7. Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met
  8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
  9. Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company
  10. Handle customer complaints or concerns in coordination with relevant departments
  11. Track competitor activities and recommend improvements or innovations to maintain a competitive edge
