  Business Development & Sales
  • Develop new warehouse and fulfillment customers, with a primary focus on Chinese-speaking clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs related to warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for warehouse and logistics solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
  
  Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate closely with customers on service scope, pricing, contract terms, and operational requirements.
  
  Solution Development & Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams to design effective and practical warehouse and fulfillment solutions.
  • Coordinate customer site visits, warehouse tours, and service demonstrations.
  • Support contract negotiations, service agreements, and onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth implementation.
  
  Market Analysis & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue against targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Support management on ad-hoc commercial, strategic, or market development projects as assigned.
