- Responsible for planning labor-relations activities.
- Oversee work rules and regulations, relevant labor laws, the working environment, and coordinate with the labor union, employees, and management to ensure they are informed about the company’s policies and comply with labor laws and company regulations, including welfare matters.
- Monitor changes in labor laws, update and review work rules and regulations, and provide explanations and training to employees regarding these rules.
- Plan and establish policies for labor-relations activities.
- Prepare information for determining and reviewing employee welfare and benefits.
- Coordinate with the labor union to consult on matters related to employment conditions, working conditions, and labor issues, including preparing information to support negotiations.
- Plan and establish policies for creating communication media and communication channels between employees and the company.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in employee Relationship in the manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Experience to work with labor union.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
