  Planning phase
  - Act as the Key account for dedicated Japanese sales-partner company (Sales Channel).
  - Work with both the internal partner sales team and partner to form annual KPIs and budget strategy for the channel.
  - The above includes the planning and execution of seminars and other sales promotional activities.
  
  Execution phase.
  - Conduct periodic meeting with the partner (Japanese and Thai) to execute and follow up on sales and marketing strategy.
  - Join in and support partner’s sales operation to help consult and close deals with partners.
  - Proactively participate in both online and offline seminars and act as speakers at times. (English, Thai, Japanese) Reporting phase
  - Wrap up results every half year and identify key challenges and success to adjust the plan for the following period.
  
  Internal discussion
  - Work with the internal Japanese Business Development team to identify and penetrate Japanese Market in Thailand in collaboration with the partner.
  - Report to Partner Sales team lead and adjust actions and plan based on feedback.
