    (offices, cafes, new restaurant branches, condominiums, etc.)
    - Lead and support the team to ensure smooth operations
    - Maintain strong client relationships and manage client communications
    - Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and cost management
    - Identify business opportunities to expand sales and improve operational efficiency
    - Report progress and strategic recommendations to president
    - Other tasks assigend by Japanese president

    - Over 10 years of experience in Construction Company
    - Over 7 years of experience of managing team
    - Proficient in CAD
    - Business level Japanese (with Japanese client)
    - Communication level English
