คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Female aged 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of human resources

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    - Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and related legislation
    - Effective management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    - Proficient in English communication and writing
    - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    - Ability to multitask effectively
    - Preferable experience in developing, enhancing, or revising company HR strategies, career development, remuneration, evaluation processes, and goal management.
