    - Handling lean management projects that optimize process flow and reduce no value-added waste.
    - Driving and supporting lean management events such as Kaizen-Workshops and DMAIC events.
    - Being accountable for the implementation of OPEX-driven improvements.
    - Demonstrating lean training programs to increase awareness to all related internal parties, including operations and non-operations.
    - Supporting the site leadership in improvement project idea generation, project chartering, action planning, and implementation.
    - Leading problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.
    - Liaising and cooperating with internal and external consulting providers.
    - Promoting and contributing to continuous improvement systems for safety, quality, efficiency, and waste improvements complying with organizational targets.
    - Coordinating the introduction & training for any new Industrial Performance company improvement initiative.
    - Follow all additional assignments from management accordingly

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male, age 40 – 50 years
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering or any related field.
    - Strong Manufacturing background and Lean management experience / Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma preferably as a Black Belt and/or Lean Master is a plus.
    - Strong background in training and experience in Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel of all levels of management and technical ability and expertise.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills using multiple disciplines; able to work under deadlines and handle multiple and detail-oriented tasks.
    - Demonstrated leadership skills in driving programs and projects.
    - At least 10 years’ experience in Continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing with 5 years at the managerial level.
    - Good command of spoken and written English.
