    - Assist Divison Manager control process of cargo reservation to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.
    - Dealing and developing relationship with carriers, Control direct (carriers) cost efficiently
    - Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
    - Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
    - Attend any internal meeting with Customer Service /Sales or etc when required and deligate to team.
    - Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and console team when there is any issue.
    - Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.
    - Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
    - Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.
    - Monitor the usage of Mawb of booking staff.
    - Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Male or Female 35 - 40 years old.
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
    - Minimum 5-8 years working experience in air freight forwarding industry, customs operations.

    【Other】
    Good knowledged of Air frieght forwarder business.
    Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
    Good services mind and ability to motivate and work in fast moving , pressure environment.
    Strong interpersonal management skills.
    Strong leadership skill, can manange large group of people.
    Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
    Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
