Contact customers and booking space to agent, Send HAWB to customer daily.
Checking some special or new regulations with airline.
Co-ordinate with customers and internal section for smooth operation process.
Co-ordinate with oversea agent.
Checking and negotiate buying rate with agent, checking packing rate with packer or outsource, checking transport cost with transport team, Making quotation with suitable rate to customers.
Checking and correct DG and Non-DG documents before deliver cargo to TG/BFS warehouse.
Query and advise useful information to customer, follow up necessary shipping documents with customer, negotiate with customers in case of space problem and find best solution to customers, prepare HAWB.
Making plan to reserve air cargo space in advance and follow up flight schedule, deal with airline in any cases of problems.
Prepare shipping documents return to customers, Making expense.
Other duties as assignment.

คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related filed.
• At least 1 years experience in Customer Service, Import-Export, Shipping and Cross Border Operation.
• Has logical & analytical thinking, problem solving skill.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
