  - Manage product planning on current production range on line with market plan and strategies.
  - Occasionally visit customers for strong relationship (1~3 times per week)
  - To liaise with co-valued customers by obtaining customer planning and update requirements in order forecasting and planning for the company.
  - To attend and service valued customer invitation, meeting, briefing etc. in purpose of servicing customer needs by maintaining
  - Enhance the relationship with customers and service emphasizing on Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  - To conduct a study of plant/factory capacity with relevant department in order to access the company capability for the purpose of market and product development
  - Customer satisfaction
