    - Review debit note or invoice with related evidence. Prepare vouchers for payment
    - Input expense and payment data into AP & GL module of accounting system
    - Input advance payment data such as goods, sample into AP module
    - Make journal entries of provisions for A&P support fee, accrued bonus, audit fee and consult fee
    - Correspondence with bank officer regarding money receipt from oversea customer
    - Issue debit note to parents company and other related suppliers and customers
    - Input GL payment into Bank Reconcile Excel
    - Calculation for depreciation, prepaid Exp.
    - Make summary of monthly logistics cost
    - Make detail of AP, accrued expense, suspense input VAT
    - Cash flow payment forecast for next month

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, age between 28-33 years old
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field
    - Having experience of studying academic accounting theory (license not necessary)
    - Not job hopper (work at least 2 years per 1 company)
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting related work
    - Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, knowing formula e.g. “SUM-IF”, “V-LOOKUP”
    - Good command of both written and spoken English

    【Advantage】
    - Motivated, willing to learn new things
    - Be able to start working within January 2020 is a plus
    - CPD is advantage.
