    - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in printing and packaging technology, chemistry or any related field
    - Work experience in sales for 3-5 years
    - Work experience in printing or packaging industry is an advantage
    - Ability to read drawing is an advantage
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, other quality management software, etc.)
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Good leadership qualities with analytical and presentation skills
    - Self-motivated and resilient with energy and enthusiasm
