Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in any related field in HR functions
    - Work experience, 2-3 years, in HR development functions with good tracking records
    - Good understanding of employee needs and willingness to involve directly for the improvement of their work process
    - Good communication skills and leadership qualities
    - Ability to figure out problems (to retain employees)
