Job Description
- Contact vendor for details about raw material bids and other conditions
- Compare, negotiate and select vendors to place orders
- Prepare purchase order sheet, present the order sheet to authorised individual for approval and send the purchase order to vendors
- Track deliveries of raw materials and coordinate with transportation agents to receive/dispatch
- Prepare the purchasing report
- Maintain and update the list of certified raw material suppliers
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-27
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- More than one year's experience in International Purchasing
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Skills in negotiation and comparing prices
- Able to communicate in English
- Others; highly responsible; good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressureEnglish Level
