  • Job Description

    - Manage strategy implementation; particularly regarding budgets and timelines
    - Work closely with Hotel Managers and Sales Staff to implement strategies that drive additional revenues and possible cost savings
    - Creating a well-thought-out CAPEX plan to support the operations and monitor Hotel Revenue
    - Advise the management team on key planning issues and making recommendations on important business decisions both in the short-term and long-term
    - Establish operational processes and process improvements linked to long-term goals
    - Function as a strategic business leader of the property's hotel operations; areas of responsibility may include front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and engineering/maintenance activities
    - Work closely with related departments in the corporate office that support the operation teams
    - Creating positive relationships with Group Chief Engineer, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Human Resources Personnel (who support the operational needs)
    - Develop the KPIs with the operational teams each year with approval from the CEO and Executives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female,age between 35-45
    - Native English Speaking preferable / Foreigners preferable
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in related field
    - Minimum 10 years’ experience in serviced apartment/Hostel/Hotel Operations in Senior Management
    - Good command of English
    - Leadership and team building skills (with the ability to prioritise works)
    - Strong planning and analytical skills
    - Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and to work well under pressure
    - Good command of Microsoft programs including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
    - Experienced in working with financial/front office/F&B systems
    - Willingness to travel abroad
