    • Managing full HR function especially human resource management ; Recruitment ,Compensation & Benefits , or other related functions
    • Managing the HR necessary function and action plan then follow up the progressing ,Control budget and Manpower plan
    • Take care the such company activities such as 5S , manner ect. And able to evaluating staff performances
    • Develop , implement and ensure compliance with company's human resources policies and company regulations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 30-40 years old.
    • Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • Good command of English and MS office
    • Strong background in Labour relations and recruitment
    • Able to speak Japanese is Advantage

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
